I haven't posted in, what, three months? But not for lack of material. There's theatre news, and book news, and more theatre news, and family news, and so forth.

But I've been joyfully in the weeds of the Roman book, which we're calling COLOSSUS for shorthand (the actual title is much longer). Nero, Vitellius, Vespasian's whole family, the Apostles Peter & Paul, and two fictional Judean brothers. It's about 30 pages of editing from being done, and I am beginning to emerge from Roman history to blink and look about in wonderment at the modern age.

This is just to say that I'm back, and before 2009 is out, I'll share a few more details with y'all.
